Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping package or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
